Entry period: June 26, 2026 - July 15, 2026

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Duschkraft GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the 'Sponsor'.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who reside in Europe. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter, visit boxio.de and register for the newsletter on the dedicated giveaway page. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Open to participants 18 years of age or older, residing in Europe only. Winners will be notified by e-mail only.

4. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on June 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM and ends on July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

5. Prizes

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received after the close of the entry period. Winners will be notified by e-mail.

7. Privacy

Participation in this giveaway requires the submission of personal information. The Sponsor is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws.

Personal information (name, address, e-mail) may be shared with sponsors or partners responsible for fulfilling or delivering prizes. Such parties are required to process the data received in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

By entering, participants expressly consent to their personal information being shared with the sponsors of the selected prizes. Consent is required for participation.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Withdrawal of consent will result in disqualification from the giveaway and forfeiture of any prize already awarded.

Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal information at any time. Participants also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

By entering, participants confirm that they have read and understood the privacy terms above and expressly consent to the processing and transfer of their personal information as described.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures that affect entry into the giveaway or the selection of winners.

9. Modification and Termination

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules or to cancel, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice or reason.

10. Disputes

All decisions of the Sponsor are final. Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. General

If any provision of these rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These rules shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the Sponsor is headquartered.
